Welcome to Wild Trumpets.

Wild Trumpets is an artist-led project space founded in 2022 by Brazilian artist Mariana Mauricio.

Located at the intersection of All Saints Road and Saint Lukes Mews in Notting Hill, our space is rooted in a history of activism, resistance and solidarity. Here the Mangrove Nine gathered to stand against police brutality and systemic injustice. Just across the road, Daddy Vego’s record shop laid the foundations for the sound of Notting Hill Carnival - a legacy that lives on through People’s Sound, still open and active today.

Wild Trumpets carries this spirit forward: creating a space for dialogue, questioning, and shared making.

Through exhibitions, workshops, and a line of uncompromising art materials, we connect artists, children and communities to rethink access to tools, knowledge, and the means to create.
